S52-40Outdoor Polyurethane Coating (PU Paint) with Two Components
Introduction
This S52-40 type finish paint is the widely used polyurethane coating (PU paint) in out doors with 2 components packaging. This PU coating is composed of hydroxyl-containing resin, weather resistant pigment and firming agent. Firm, bright, and rich, the finish paint film boasts strong resistance to abrasion, weather, oil, water, boiling water, sea water, benzene solvents, and acid, alkali, salt, chemical and atmospheric corrosion, etc.

Surface Treatment	Apply the polyurethane finish coating within the allowed interval between the preceding coating.
Operating Conditions	1. The two component paint should be mixed fully and evenly, according to the required mass ratio. Keep it still for 20 minutes before application. 2. The substrate temperature should be at least 3℃ higher than the dew point. 3. The ideal temperature range for using the outdoor polyurethane finish coating is 0-35℃.It can not be applied when there is a relative humidity higher than 85% on rainy, foggy, and snowy days, or under burning daylight in summer.

Recommended Number of Coats	2 coats is recommended when the polyurethane coating is used as primer, with the dry film thickness of 60-70um. When the two component outdoor polyurethane finish coating is employed in the coated layer, 1 coat is needed.
