Heat Resistant Paint
Description:
As one-package inorganic, the heat resistant paint (high temperature protective coating) we offered can resist temperature from -80℃ to 1800℃, or even higher temperature. With thermal conductivity of 0.03W/m.K, the heat resistant paint can effectively suppress and even shield as much as 90% radiant heat of infrared. Hence, this paint can be used for inhibiting heat emission and loss from hot objects. It provides cold insulation for cool objects to prevent condensation. The heat resistant paint (high temperature protective coating) can serve as adhesive for ceramics, glass, metal, and others.
Precautions:
1. Blasting treatment of the surface to be coated is essential to achieve ideal adhesive force of the heat resistant paint (high temperature protective coating).
2. Matting through waterproof abrasive paper is necessary if it is too long an interval from the last coating. It also needs to remove the dust and dirt from the surface to ensure strong adhesion between coatings.
3. The tools involved have to be dry, and clean, and the paint should be free of water, or other sundries. The heat resistant coating is prepared for immediate use. So try to use it up within 8 hours.
4. The coated item should avoid contamination by rain water and other liquids before complete drying and curing.
5. Keep the storage condition in low-temperature, cool, and dry places, and away from the heat source, direct sunlight and kindling.
Silicone High Temperature Resistant Paint, Anticorrosion Paint (Three Components)
Introduction:
The silicone heat resistant paint is packed in three components, namely, organic silicon resin, curing agent, and component C. This paint is featured strong resistance to temperature change, high temperature up to 600℃, strong adhesion, oxidation, and corrosion. Hence, this silicone heat resistant paint is an ideal heat resistant paint.
Application:
This silicone anticorrosion paint can be used as high temperature protective coating for the steel equipment and parts that are required to resist as high temperature as 600℃.
