Industrial Anti Abrasive Floor Paint

Applications:
This ZBH-1 type industrial anti abrasive floor paint, is a kind of abrasion and corrosion resistant coating, which is widely used in highly abrasion and impact resistant manufacturing shop in the fields of electric appliances, electronic machinery, instrumentation, communications equipment, food, autos, warehousing, medicines and chemical. It is particularly suits passages (road or workshop) for forklifts and cars in highly abrasion and impact resistant manufacturing shop with gloss, thick film.
This anti abrasive floor paint, abrasion and corrosion resistant coating is flatness without cleft, strong and hard, cracking resistant and pressure proof, bright-colored, dustproof and self-cleaning and good decorating.
It is excellent resistance for chemical drug, water, oil, solvent, and impermeability.
It is also innocuous, convenient maintenance.
Film forming is up to 1mm operated once.

Processing of Anti Abrasive Floor Paint ZBH-1 (Abrasion and Corrosion Resistant Coating):
1. Before painting, the cement base has to be smoothed through overall floor finishing, and brushing cement mortar. Make sure that the floor is flat and without any cement powder on the surface. For new floor base, it should be cured no less then 30 days, and water content should be below 8% when operating painting.
2. This industrial anti abrasive floor paint, abrasion and corrosion resistant coating, is in two-component packaging with dispensing information stated separately. When using it, first mix and cure the two components proportionally for 20 minutes. Before primer coating and middle coating, make sure the wear resistant filler are added in proportion to the paint mixture, and are evenly stirred manually and mechanically. Knifing or brushing can be employed for the primer coating and middle ping of the industrial anti abrasive floor paint.
3. Top coating or painting processing can only be carried out when the middle coating is completely neat and smooth be means of spray finishing or bush painting.
4. It is not suitable for operation when it is in the condition of under 5 ℃ temperature and relative humidity above 80%.
