Bituminous Epoxy Paint
Description:
This HG52 type high solid bituminous epoxy paint mainly composed of epoxy resin, bitumen, solvents, firming agents, pigments and fillers, with packaged component A and component B. The component B bituminous epoxy paint is universal hardener. With features of resistance to rust and chemical corrosion, this bituminous epoxy paint has excellent physical and mechanical properties. The bituminous epoxy paint is applied to outer walls of buried pipelines, inner walls and bottom of liquid tanks, as well as concrete, steel structures underwater or in dry and wet alternate area, for corrosion prevention. Glass fabric can be adopted for reinforcement.

1. It features resistance to water, sea water, abrasion, salt fog, heat and temperature shock.
2. Also, the high solid bituminous epoxy paint provides desirable insulation, and effectively prevents water penetration, bio-incising, and stray currents.

| Application Conditions | 1. Mix the two component high solid paint fully in proportion. Keep it still for 15 minutes before use. 2. Make sure the surface to be coated is dry. Otherwise, the paint film is liable to bubble. 3. The ideal temperature range for using the bituminous epoxy paint is 0-35℃.It can not be applied when there is a relative humidity higher than 85% on rainy, foggy, and snowy days. | ||
